[#]Journal of a slightly busy Dutch Pixy 🧚🏼♀️ (Tuesday, 21/01/2025).
TL;DR usual start of the day, short SniffiVerse™ walkies, did some exercises, washed Skoosh a bit, got to PT, visited Lidl... Busy day, but not too bad!
I woke just before the alarm. The scale wasn't too bad, and I got dressed and took my meds. I cared for Arwen, and while she was eating, I got ready to head to the gym.
I enjoyed my protein shake while browsing the social media bits. When the protein was enjoyed and the meds had kicked in, I headed to the crosstrainer and did 15 minutes. Followed by 40 minutes on the seated bike. After ten minutes on the massage chair, I got ready to head back home again.
A quick wash up, some nice brekky, and then Arwen and I went out for SniffiVerse™ walkies. They had salted the roads again, so I knew it would have to be a short walk again. After the walk, I went upstairs to ride the bike for an hour. Headed back down, had some food. A walkies with Arwen and then I relaxed on the couch a bit with my tablet. Bestie texted that she would not be calling me, so I just watched some telly while I was writing a bit for my blog.
After some food and relaxing, Arwen and I went out for another walkies. After which, I fed Arwen and got ready to head to Cuijk. I went to the car wash and tried to give Skoosh some cleaning. My hands weren't willing to work properly, so I did the best they allowed me to do. It wasn't the best, but Skoosh did look a bit cleaner when I was done. Yay!
I headed to the PT office, and I was a bit early. The PT's wife called someone and she got me to have an earlier slot, so instead of an appointment at noon, I was ready at noon. Which was very nice! I went to Grave after that, to get some groceries at the bigger Lidl. I got what I needed, and headed back home. Some relaxing until I had to get ready for the last walkies.
We had a nice walk with N&B and after that, I headed to bed. It didn't take too long to fall asleep. I woke once for the loo, and then about 25 minutes before the alarm. Ready to start a new day!
