Guh. Okay. So yesterday went well. The house is nearly completely empty now so we can focus on cleaning. My teen brother came along and was super helpful.
Two private buyers for OUR house have fallen through, so we're listing our house. It's a unique house in a popular area so fingers-crossed it'll all work out, but it's all money and stress and VIEWINGS and ugh.
Lots and lots of admin today plus getting an in-person survey quote this evening. :dragon_sweats:
