That Inspector Woo dude is shady AF. Beyond the fact that he works for evil and corrupt people, it wouldn’t surprise me if he wasn’t actually aware of who the serial killer is and covering for him. It’s why he was trying so hard to pin everything on the panty thief and he didn’t want her in his team: she’s actually better than everyone else and would have exposed him.
Except she did, even if he kicked her out. It will only get worse for him!
