INR and aPTT are quite cheap and probably useful for a baseline coagulation panel, but I suspect that they might not be sensitive enough to be influenced by exogenous estrogens and progestogens.
D-dimer and protein S might be more suitable markers but they are also a lot more expensive to measure.
