Hey I don't know who needs to hear this but just FYI cutting the tire on a federal immigration enforcement vehicle means causing several hundred dollars worth of property damage which could result in jail time but cutting the valve stem disables it just as effectively while only costing a couple dollars, and therefore is more likely to be charged as a violation like a parking ticket.
