T anyone and everyone:
If you need to block/mute/whatever certain terms, names, hashtags today or for the next four years? Do it.
If you need to turn off the TV, radio, laptop, phone, push notifications? Do it.
Anything critical you need to know will find it's way to you, regardless of whether or not you're watching the firehose of news. And I sure as hell won't judge you for it.
