Fun Icelandic fact: we have two different words for ravens. “Hrafn” is the formal Icelandic word for raven and used in most writing. “Krummi” is the less formal and more friendly nickname
This applies also to people whose name is “Hrafn”, who are often called “Krummi” by friends and family
