Alllllrighty then, headphones 🎧 update, sort of...
So, at 11 my phone went. And I got someone from Teufel on the line. I tried to explain the situation, and it turned out she wasn't tech support..... Apparently, there's not too many Dutch speaking folks there, so they do the call and then talk to tech support.. 🤔 So yeah...
I explained the situation. She asked for pictures. I told her I sent them a picture with my first email contact. She asked if I could take a new one. I told her, if I open the duct tape and the U-ring gets out again, and it breaks or gets lost, I can't fix it anymore. That it was a bit of a hassle to get it fixed and taped, so I'd rather not open it. They should have the picture of my first contact. And I explained what happened, so tech support should know what I mean, as there isn't that many lids on the earpads with the U-ring behind it that I described....
She said she would contact tech support and then get back to me by email....... So yeah, I'll give them some time and of I don't hear from them, I'll contact them again.
As said, the headphones are lovely! And I love the app with the special Mimi function (it does help). It's just that little production error that makes me need to use duct tape to keep the ear pad together that bugs me. And I love the headphones! They're comfortable and the sound is great (to my ears at least). I just want either a very nice discount on them, or another new one, this time without that silly production error...... 🤔
Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 I'll quickly hear something from them...
