Dear EAP platform: Thank you for emailing me repeatedly to tell me that I have my availability set as not taking new clients right now. The reason it is set that way is because my calendar is full and I’m not available for new clients. Please stop asking me to “update your availability to take new clients” unless you’ve perfected technology to add more hours to my day. When I have availability you can be assured I will tell you. Thank you.
