Yes, I'm in Canada. HOWEVER. Here's what others in my circle from the USA have done and it works.
Use a VPN service that also has and offers MOCK GPS Location. Connect to a VPN outside the USA. Enable and configure MOCK location. To verify it works, just open Google Maps it should put you right in the center of that country GPS-wise.
Access Tiktok and change Tiktok Region. Then continue using Tiktok as you did before. (tested and working)
