NEW: Eight Muslim men were finally sentenced on Jan. 17, 2025 for committing s—x crimes against two young girls in Keighley, West Yorkshire, England between 1996–99.
Their trial was in Bradford, one of the towns with many South Asian Muslim r—pe gangs.
•Amreaz Asghar, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for 4 and a half years for r—pe
•Perwaz Asghar, 50, of Nottingham, was jailed for 6 and a half years for two indecent assaults
•Mohammed Din, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for 14 years for 11 counts of r—pe
•Sajid Mahmood Khan, 45, of Keighley, was jailed for 3 years for r—pe.
•Zehroon Razak, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for 6 and a half years for r—pe
•Ibrar Hussain, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for 6 and a half years for two counts of r—pe.
•Fayaz Ahmed, 45, of Bingley, was sentenced to 7 and a half years for two counts of r—pe
•Imtiaz Ahmed, 61, of Keighley, was sentenced to 9 years for r—pe
A ninth man will be sentenced at a later date. The convicts will be eligible for early release after serving a fraction of their sentences.
