Fun fact: yes, even I[1] follow https://docs.kernel.org/admin-guide/verify-bugs-and-bisect-regressions.html when building a local #Linux #kernel for testing purposes[2], as it's so easy to forget a helpful step or two – like setting CONFIG_LOCALVERSION or enabling/disabling debuginfo symbols.
