Can we please for the love of god stop lumping disparate ideas and ideals into big divisive political "sides"?

Maybe people would be more willing to accept some of what you're saying, if they don't have to take all of what you're saying at once?

Maybe people fight you so hard if you'd give them the option not to?

Why can't we let ideas stand on their own, and let people decide which ideas resonate with them?

Do we really want "Oh, well if you think that, then you're not a real leftist!"?

Personally, I'm freaking sick of it.
