the volunteer-run news collective at the small community radio station where I work is interested in using an AI transcription tool for audio interviews
we may also be interested in implementing such a tool more broadly to generate transcripts for other shows on the air for accessibility reasons
we do not use any other AI tools at the station nor do we really want to
do you have a preferred AI transcription tool that comes from a trusted company that isn't going to do things like use our data to train LLMs or whatever? it does not have to be free but a lower cost is preferred because we are community radio and don't have a lot of funding
