He's now posted a denial of sorts on his website, but even if somehow, everything HE says is true (doubt), he still slept with: his employees; his tenants. Both of these are clear abuses of power. Now, if he abused his power in this way which he doesn't deny doing at least twice, it's plausible that he habitually abused his power in other ways, which makes the other accusations more likely to be true
