@tsturm These kiosk registers have always annoyed me for showing a lack of trust in staff; but looking at the options on one place like this has me thinking maybe it's just to reduce staff training costs and to speed up checkout for customers that want multiple point cards applied to a purchase. (It also reminds me of the Path of Exile 2 skill map, that I had the misfortune of learning about this week, thank you Elon.)
