My lemon tree is HEAVY right now and I need to get it together and harvest this weekend. So, lemon tartlets are definitely happening, and maybe a little bottle of limoncello?
The bulk of it I usually freeze whole, and some I’ll juice first and freeze in vacuum sealed pouches so I have pre-measured juice on hand.
Anyone have a favourite lemony meal I should add to the rotation?
