No, not any more.
There used to be an option in Pixelfed to optionally view text-only posts, but that's no longer there.
Crossposting wouldn't solve this though, because you cannot post text-only even if you have a Pixelfed account. There is no ability to post in just text on Pixelfed, it always requires an image or video clip.
