Just follow the accounts you want, some of them will be Pixelfed, some will be Mastodon, some will be on other types of server.
(For example I just did a thread of wildlife accounts on @FediFollows and they were a mixture of Mastodon and Pixelfed accounts.)
Is there some specific reason you want to follow Pixelfed accounts in particular?
