I don't know how often I need to say this, but Russia has persistently, willfully, and as a matter of policy, demonstrated itself as an unreliable source. If that is your only source for a claim, your journalistic ethic is on par with InfoWars.
But it's worse than that because this is a claim about a people you know Russia to be trying to exterminate. I would ask if you would quote Germany about the Jewish people during WW2, but some of you did.
