Press the ... menu, then "get embed code"
Personally I'd never use it and prefer a screenshot, to avoid issues if the instance goes away or toot is edited, but it's there.
Do you mean you need it in the mobile app or something? Never used that. Dunno if it is there in the app, but it's here on the website.
