@klimagarten Ist trotzdem die Frage, ob man als einzelner Mensch so viel essen kann, wie davon wächst. Ich weiß auch nicht, ob der bspw. als Biomasse im Kompost taugt oder ob er dann, wie bspw. Topinambur, einfach auf dem Kompost weiterwuchert. @hof
