To me they look rather interesting. Basically they are reports which can inform 1:1s and provide regular feedback.
As a team member in no managing capacity I think they could be a valuable tool. If used correctly. And a disastrous one if it would only be a checkbox.
Maybe this is also interesting for @maximilianwelter (not my manager).
