Last trip to the grocery store I spied some Appenzeller on markdown, a new cheese to me. At $3.49 for an originally > $18 wedge I had to try it. Mildly funky, semi-hard, with a wave to gruyere. I thought it would make an amazing mac & cheese. I was right. (Sorry, not pictured. urp)
