Toot

It's been 9 years since David #Bowie left us. And nothing has been right since. I still have a hard time believing he's not alive.

When a famous artist passes, there is usually a day or two online where there are tributes and expressions of grief. Then everything goes back to normal and people moved on. It wasn't like that with Bowie. The grief went on for days, then weeks. He didn't seem human. Not a god or an otherworldly being. Just more. More than us. More than a regular human being. Maybe he was just our potential, what we could become if we stopped being afraid and became our true selves.

I don't think there will be another David Bowie. There will be great talents, and there will even be geniuses. But there won't be another Bowie.
