Need good replacement for GitLab CI:

• Must be free/libre software

• Must be self-hostable

• Must support running jobs in a container

• Must support cache, artifacts without making assumptions on the container

tried:

• forgejo actions: artifact support (or even checking out the source code) requires the container to have nodejs

• woodpecker: no support for artifacts

I would like to stop using GitLab for moral reasons (it imposes region locking) (so, obviously it would be better if the developer is not a corporation, does not have a centralized service, is not on a "open-core" model, etc.).
