@preferred Aw, thanks. I'm pleased to say everyone here has been lovely (I realise my wording could have been clearer), it's just the combined effect of everyone getting rightly worried and angry and I logged on and got a deluge of awfulness. Filtered a few names out and timeline now calmer.
