@controlc @Gargron I have some things to say regarding age and Mastodon. To quote a recent post I made and pinned:
"While Mastodon can be a great platform for everyone, some instances may not be suitable for young people due to the presence of mature themes/explicit content. Fortunately, most have community guidelines and moderation policies in place to address those issues. There are also third-party add-ons available that filter out explicit content."
