Oh by the way @anthropy you'd love/hate (or, apprecihate) the current tech I'm working with
One rugged laptop with swappable M.2 SSDs, fuck dual booting, I have a literal bag of OS installs,
And one rugged laptop that's got a 32 bit single core Intel Cortex chip, 1500 MB of RAM, a dead IDE drive, and the owner wants me to see if I can repair it and get Linux on it.
I don't know which is more cursed: Intel cortex, or tactically reloading my SSD
