Just did another bat rescue transport this morning!

Got a text asking if I could go pick up a little downed friend and transport it to a rehabilitator, so switched up plans and got on the road!
If you love sky puppies and want to help, it’s low pressure and super easy. I get just a few calls a year, and if I’m not available they just go to the next person on the list. There is ZERO direct bat contact for the transporter. You don’t need any special skills, just be willing to drive a wee box from point A to point B.
(I think they even reimburse fuel, but I’ve never bothered.)
