Also i noticed some things that are new to me.
Like i don't think i ever had a manic phase before so i can't say for sure, but yesterday I had a few moments that felt like i think a manic phase feels. But then again it was also just a few, short moments. Probably doesn't mean anything? Don't know.
Also when it came to actually entering the building and having me admitted i showed some behaviors that felt a little bit age regression-y.
