Cloudflare are the absolute bottom of the barrel as far as customer support is concerned and on one of their enterprise products you have to login using a Cloudflare account, but this can be a free Cloudflare account that anyone can create and that the enterprise has no control over whatsoever.
Dogshit poor all round.
Unless you pay them millions then they might get off their backsides and help.
