@scarface9toes That sounds delicious and not far away from what I had, which were rice paper rolls, filled with sushi rice, delicious raw vegetables, smoked tofu and tahini and I shared it with great company. : )
We also had some hot punch, made with red grape juice, orange juice and delicious spices and self made Christmas cookies and hot cocoa.
I was lucky enough, to be with a very good looking vegan lady, who knows how to make these things.
