In the middle of my holidays 🎄

I'm playing with the idea to build a C# library to assemble/disassemble ARM64 ISA with hopefully 99% of it generated from ARM ISA XML specifications. 🤖

But the weirdest part is that... I'm not entirely sure why I want to build that 😁

At least, I feel the challenge is interesting 🤔
