@dominykas tl;dr: Heat management.
The first option is low power and outsources all of the power conversion to USB-C or PoE, so tiny and small with a plastic case is no problem.
The second switch runs on AC and delivers PoE, so it has a much higher power draw (up to 30W per port), so even the small 6 port version is basically an old fashioned light bulb. You need all that extra air space and a metal case and fan so it doesn't overheat and fail / catch fire.
Not 100% sure what you're trying to do, but you / your datacenter will be pretty sad if you try and jam 3 of the second option into a 1U rack slot, too - they'll overheat each other and everything around them. Better to pick a decent 24 port switch imo.
