So, on the #Minecraft server I play, moving water hurts you, and you can’t clutch with water either. Stairs on the first three layers are banned, but they technically didn’t say we couldn’t swim. I’m not sure if bubble elevators hurt us or not, but I’ll find out. If they don’t, I know that as long as every water block is a source block, we can swim up it.
