I am an American Trans Woman of Mongolian descent, enough to not be treated white and to be othered my whole life for it. I am not optimistic for the future of The United States of America, I haven’t had health insurance for almost a full year, and finding and holding a job has been nearly, impossible for me. With Project 2025 inbound and its stated goals of imprisoning LGBTQ Americans and removing the small number of protections that do exist. The prospect of staying in the USA is seeming like a less than stellar idea. I want to move to the better parts of the European Union, but I do not have a college degree, language skills other than English, nor a solid work history. I have been applying to work in Europe, mainly Germany with no luck. I need resume advice, a support group in Europe, friends in Europe, references for finding work, help finding a place, and help finding a job. Any help, advice, and/or suggestions are welcome.
I have 4 years of IT experience, but my job history is spotty and experience isn't in any one part of IT, I have no degree, and no longer hold ant active certifications but used to have an active CompTIA A+ certifications. I have severe ADHD, Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder, PTSD, and mild Autism. Only jobs I can do are jobs that start 11am or later and end before 2am. I am incapable of working more than 45 hours a week with any frequency. I cannot program and cannot learn. I cannot and will not quickly learn how to speak another language before I attempt to move countries as the time table is too short.
