Kinda crazy that:
- in English, to pass an exam means that you didn't fail, and having an exam means going to it.
- in #French, to pass an exam (passer un concours) means going to it, and having an exam (avoir un concours) means you didn't fail.
And I'm bound to forget this almost immediately. #LanguageLearning
