Tag 01 der neuen Ernährung. Bin nicht wirklich zufrieden aber 100 % nach Ernährungsplan gegessen.

Sehr geil waren die Zucchini, die ich erstmals im Airfryer zubereitet habe. Die waren wirklich saumäßig lecker. Mochte sogar das Kind.
