If you are a person who needs to know this, then this is a thing you really need to know:

John Kessel wrote an excellent mashup of Frankenstein and Pride and Prejudice called Pride and Prometheus, first as a novella in 2008:

I've been recommend the former for years, but until looking up links for this post, I didn't know about the latter!
