I've struggled with integrity all my life. I grew up without an authority figure who taught me what is right and what is wrong. My father was absent, and the only thing I learned from my mother was to hide from uncomfortable things, especially the government and racial minorities.
My sense of right & wrong has been hammered out by years of practice, and absorbing the words of better people than I on the Internet. It's an ongoing project, one day at a time.
