@r3pek there's conceptually no reason why the homed approach would be more limited than the centralized approach, it's a superset if you so will. i.e. you can certainly have a centralized org that signs your user records and then just distribute the json files of the records as simple drop-in files to target system.
That said, tooling is shit for this ATM, it's not really the focus of our work.
