"Veni, vidi, vici." maybe the seed of the idea, but not the same.
"Embrace, extend, extinguish" feels like a forerunner.
"Secure. Contain. Protect." is it, it's arrived now.
"Extract. Export. Excel." ( https://netrunnerdb.com/en/card/33057 ) is in the mold (if kinda weak), and clearly referencing the 4X genre.
"Gatekeep, gaslight, girlboss" is "topical slang sponsored by the letter G"
