The Supreme Court previously ruled that the acceptance of a presidential pardon implies guilt. I would therefore suggest that President Biden grant those innocent people who Trump may prosecute a preemptive "blanket political amnesty" instead, thereby protecting them from Trump's persecution. Since none have previously been found guilty in a court of law, and all Americans are innocent until such time, no guilt should be implied.
