Today, Syria's "Infamous" prisons of harsh conditions, torture, and murder are in the news. As we celebrate the releases, do note:
When the Canadian services mistook Maher Arar for another guy with possible terror connections, and advised the US FBI that Arar would be on their soil for a few hours, changing planes with his family, Americans kidnapped Arar with no warrant and sent him to SYRIA for a year of torture. They're best at it.
