@bkastl Das haben sie wirklich nicht. Loggst du dich nämlich mit dem neuen Perso in das RV-Self-Serviceportal ein, bevor die KK die neue RVNR bekommt, geht die Seite davon aus, dass du neu bist - und generiert dir eine neue RVNR. Die hab ich naiv der KK mitgeteilt.

Ich hab dadurch unwissentlich ein kleines Dumpster Fire entfacht…
