Anthem walks back decision to cap anesthesia coverage based on arbitrary time limits the day after announcing them, insists it is definitely because of "misinformation on social media" & not because a CEO of a different insurance company got straight up iced the day before.
Because people "misunderstanding" an insurance policy has definitely been a reason companies have retracted them in the past. Yep. This is definitely normal behavior for normal reasons.
