[#]russia is signing security guarantee agreements with #northKorea, #belarus and probably others soon. It has stationed #nuclear weapons in belarus. It has thousands of north korean troops in the European frontline.
Meanwhile, the #US, #Germany, #Spain, #Hungary and other NATO members continue with their meaningless wording and no action on #NATO membership for Ukraine, or #security guarantees for #Ukraine. Cowards.
