Wäre es denkbar diese risikobehaftete Investition in kleineren Städten über Crowdfunding zu realisieren?

Als Crowdinvestor kann ich entscheiden, ob mein Geld zurück gezahlt werden soll oder in Fahrtguthaben umgewandelt wird - PrePaid sozusagen, um die lokalen Kunden direkt zu binden.
