The gray winters here in Berlin mean:

• More melatonin production (so you're always tired)

• Less serotonin production (so you feel sad)

This will be my eighth winter here, so I'm gonna try out light therapy lamp this time around.

I don't expect to be Mickey Mouse whistling on a stroll after the first use, but since they're made to reverse the above two processes, I'm excited to see how it works
